About the Role

We are seeking an Acquisitions & Integration Analyst to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a member of the Acquisition & Integration team, you will help evaluate prospective acquisitions, drive due diligence workstreams, and lead systems integration.

This role has a significant impact on our ability to generate value with clinic partners and for CPP as a whole. If successful, you will contribute to identifying and adding new clinic partners quickly and seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have one to four years of experience in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, M&A, or consulting.


Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate clinic performance and potential fit with CPP.
  • Own the due diligence process, managing data rooms, timelines, and the overall flow of information.
  • Work closely with CPP's Legal, Accounting, and Business Operations teams to successfully acquire and integrate new partners into the platform.
  • Collaborate with other CPP teams daily to provide updates, share clinic insights, and address clinic-specific considerations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • One to four years of accounting, valuation, corporate finance, M&A, or consulting experience.
  • University degree or equivalent undergraduate education.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop trust and personal connections with clinic owners and staff.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, both with numbers and words, with a focus on output.
  • Exceptional time and process management skills, with the ability to independently lead multiple varied workstreams.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
