Senior Accountant Integrations Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a Senior Accountant Integrations to support the accounting related integration process for all acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between acquired clinics and internal departments on finance related matters.
  • Primary contact for bookkeepers of non-integrated acquisitions on accounting matters.
  • Support onboarding process for Medical Aesthetic clinics, including scheduling and leading meetings with finance and operations staff.
  • Maintain and update master schedule, status, and summary of Purchase Price Allocation entries.
  • Review financials for acquired entities to ensure alignment with PPA entry.
  • Prepare and/or review pre and post-acquisition related reconciliations and lead finalization of Purchase Price Adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly consolidation schedule for non-integrated Medical Aesthetic Division for Financial Reporting team.
  • Ensure required monthly reporting submissions from clinics are received and checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform initial variance analysis of results against budget and liaise with clinic to understand variance causes.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation required.
  • Minimum of four years progressive accounting experience.
  • Post-secondary education in accounting and finance.
  • Experience with financial statement consolidations.
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional, technically proficient, independent, and critical thinker with strong leadership competencies.
