Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food service systems and procedures to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
