Make "being the difference" your career. Bayshore is seeking Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Use clinical skills to ensure clients receive the care they need and deserve.
  • Provide outstanding care, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
  • Work as primary care planners to clients, providing a holistic approach to care while increasing skills through training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.

Availability Requirements:

  • Overnight Respite Care: Provide care for clients in Port Franks and Sarnia, with additional pay for travel time.
  • Schedule: Sundays 10:30pm-6:30pm, every other Wednesday 10:30pm-6:30pm, and every other Friday 11pm-6am.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
