Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to residents in our communities.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, providing nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the RN to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
  • Ensure safe and efficient use of medications and supplies.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing practice and skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Practical Nursing.
  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses BC.
  • Successful completion of RAI MDS certification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long-term care experience.
