About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Success Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their bone health needs are met, and helping them achieve maximum success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bone Health Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and their impact on bone health, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and they feel supported throughout their journey.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process orders, returns, and updates customer records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: A solid background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Natural Health Knowledge: A passion for natural health and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and processing transactions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
