We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Skylark Immigration Services. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, client information, and office documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a private sector setting, and we are willing to relocate. However, relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Security Clearance:

We require a basic security clearance for this role.

Language:

The primary language for this role is English.

Work Hours:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
