Restaurant Operations Manager

Cook's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
