Killam Apartment REIT, a Canadian residential real estate investment trust, is seeking a detail-oriented Live-in Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Bellwood Terrace in London, Ontario.


The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service, with strong communication and time management skills. As a key member of the property management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for first-line problem solving, arranging tradespeople, and enforcing property rules.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and showing units
  • First-line problem solving and building relations with tenants
  • Coordinating and supervising onsite tradespeople
  • Responding to emergencies and enforcing property rules
  • Hosting resident events and shared on-call responsibilities
