Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Lead include:
1. Managing inventory levels, receiving, storing, and shipping products.
2. Supervising team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
4. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
5. Implementing improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Reporting progress and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and RCMP background check.
• Own vehicle for transportation to and from work.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in software programs.
