We're seeking an experienced sales development leader to join our team and help drive the day-to-day results of our sales development team. As a sales development manager, you will play a crucial part in training and career growth of sales professionals early in their career at Yotpo.
This role requires someone who is passionate about coaching and mentoring early sales talent with the goal of 'graduating' top performers into leadership or closing sales roles in the business. You will have a significant impact on day-to-day strategy and tactics, broadening and coaching the SDRs to success; additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow your career as a leader.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (BDR/Closer) & 1+ years of SDR management experience. They will also have experience with a relevant tech stack, including SignalHire, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Salesforce, Vidyard, Gong, and Tableau.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of SDRs and BDRs, developing and tracking metrics for the business development team, collaborating with marketing and enablement to create outreach and messaging based on our value to key personas in our target market, and identifying market segments and account groups to target with focused messaging.
You will also be responsible for regularly reporting to the VP of Sales on team and individual results, as well as identifying and making recommendations for improvement in areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
