We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Accountant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Quebec City. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting related to the management of commercial and residential leases.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor invoices.
- Preparation of budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Analysis of financial data, including financial ratios, trends, and variances.
- Preparation of reports, including financial reports, management reports, and regulatory reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a property management company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
