Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty and retention.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
