Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Artisan Eats café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
