Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our café staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines and presentation expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, ensuring that our café is always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Team Development: Train and develop our café staff, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Coffee shop.
