Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Artisan Eats café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our café staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Establish and maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure that our café runs smoothly and effectively, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our café maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our café.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.

- Flexible Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
