Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and replenishment of inventory solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily by making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
  • Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interact with customers while making deliveries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Place and fulfill orders at customer sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of work.
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program).
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Learns and performs multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Lifts, slides, carries, and lowers packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds.
  • Passes the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or industry-related work experience.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
