About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at EECOL Electric. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Assist with development, planning, and execution of meeting agendas and distribute materials.
  • Monitor project execution aspects to ensure timely contribution by team members.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in processes and work with management team members to resolve issues.
  • Prepare progress reports and liaise with personnel and managers as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of direct work in project management capacity required, 2 years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow/processes.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
