Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating pipeline activities, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pipeline operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics planning.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pipeline operations, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
