Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at THE OFFICE PUB + GRILL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
