Position Overview:
Part-Time Team Leader
The Part-Time Team Leaders at Cineplex play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a remarkable experience. Our Team Leaders are enthusiastic about cinema and strive to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, your duties will encompass (but are not limited to):
- Support the leadership and management of a committed team of staff, actively engaging to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the guest experience - ensure that every patron who enters the venue leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Assist in managing the theatre's financial performance and enhancing revenue streams.
- Anticipate, initiate actions/projects to propel the business forward and reinforce Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's leading film exhibition company.
Candidate Profile:

- You possess experience in a comparable setting.
- You can assess and interpret customer needs, providing suitable options, solutions, and resolutions.
- You have a proven track record of leading a team during peak business periods across various departments.
- You exhibit strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and handling objections.
