About the Role

The primary function of this position is to provide attentive and knowledgeable service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience meets the highest standards of quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders, expedites, and serves food and beverages accurately within brand guidelines.
  • Guide guests through all phases of their experience, providing personalized attention and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Promote the sale of beverages, products, and events to guests, adhering to proper selling techniques and service guidelines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar high-volume fine dining environment.
  • Cash handling experience using a POS system or cashier register.
  • Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or event training experience preferred.
  • Proserve (Alberta) certificate.
  • Proven selling, marketing, and service skills in a dining, retail, or promotions environment.
  • Effective public speaking skills and presence.
  • Ability to carry up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray.
  • Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items.
