**Job Summary**

destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team as General Counsel. As a key member of our organization, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to our clients, ensuring all business activities are compliant with legal standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business strategy to senior management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect our clients' interests.
  • Manage litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings involving our clients.
  • Oversee our clients' compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate legal risks.

**Requirements:**

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in an in-house counsel role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business law.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
