Senior In-House Counsel Opportunity

We are partnering with a prominent national company to find an experienced In-house lawyer to support their General Counsel.

This is a broad generalist in-house position where you'll advise the business on a wide range of legal and compliance matters.

The legal team is deeply embedded in the company, working closely with the business to provide expert guidance.

You will need to have previous in-house experience, a strong contracts background, and exposure to privacy, compliance, and risk management matters.

While not necessary, experience with franchise work and French language skills would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the business on legal and compliance matters
  • Support the General Counsel in their role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous in-house experience
  • Strong contracts background
  • Exposure to privacy, compliance, and risk management matters
  • French language skills (desirable)
