Job Title: Legal Counsel of Risk

We are working with a major national company, a well-known household name brand, now looking for an experienced In-house lawyer to be second chair to their General Counsel. This is a truly broad generalist in-house position where you'll be advising the business on a wide range of legal and compliance matters. The legal team is strongly embedded in the company as a true business partner, and they are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience working closely to support a business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising the business on legal and compliance matters
  • Working closely with the General Counsel and the legal team
  • Supporting the business in a wide range of legal and compliance matters
Requirements:
  • Previous in-house experience
  • Strong contracts background
  • Experience in privacy, compliance, and risk management matters
  • French language skills an asset
