As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for testing and verifying embedded software applications on aircraft and space systems. Your expertise in software testing and validation will ensure the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct software testing in accordance with DO-178
* Develop and run relevant tests on test platforms to verify correctness of design
* Debug issues raised during the software development cycle in engine control software
* Ensure traceability between all software design and tests artifacts
* Conduct independent peer reviews on tests produced by other team members
* Draft all final technical documents
* Participate in continuous improvement of team performance (quality, efficiency, on-time delivery)

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience with engine control software
* Interest in troubleshooting complex software problems
* Knowledge of C language, and scripting languages like Python
* Knowledge of testing tools Rational RTRT and/or LDRA
* Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN
