At Bizeeza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online presence and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns. Your strong knowledge of Magento Platform for web and social media content management will be instrumental in ensuring a cohesive user experience across our website and social media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing ads, ensuring they align with our marketing strategy and budget.
  • Utilize the Odoo Platform to manage and update web content, providing a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train locals in social media marketing as part of our community contribution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Magento Platform for web and social media content management.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook (Meta), or LinkedIn is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Skills in creative content writing and an eye for design to ensure engaging and on-brand content.
  • Bachelor's degree or industry certificate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or relevant field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive yearly in-house training and have the opportunity to work on-site, Monday to Friday.
