Human Resources Generalist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our operations team. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring effective internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with managers on employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Support managers in team management, development, and performance management, maintaining a good working climate.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with our human resources management philosophy.
  4. Manage employee movements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  5. Participate in performance and attendance management, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
  6. Contribute to the prevention of workplace accidents, developing programs to promote a safe working environment.
  7. Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files, maintaining accurate records.
  8. Prepare employee files for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  9. Implement actions supporting organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with our human resources management philosophy.
  10. Manage working conditions, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
  11. Contribute to promoting the employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  12. Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with ease of establishing relationships.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Efficiency, creativity, and teamwork.
  6. Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
  7. Proficiency in common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and knowledge of management systems, an asset.
