About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment, ensuring optimal network performance and customer satisfaction.
  • On-Site Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Testing and Repair: Analyze test results and perform repairs or replacements of defective telephone equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a focus on telecommunications and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
