About the Role

A-1 Wireless Inc. is seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment to ensure seamless network operation.
  • On-Site Service: Provide on-site customer service to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Testing and Repair: Conduct thorough testing and repair of defective telephone equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Network Analysis: Analyze test results to identify and resolve network issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Maintenance, on-site customer service, testing, repair, and service.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with telephone systems and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English.
