About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and locate faults in telecommunications equipment, and perform adjustments, replacements, or repairs as needed.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Network Analysis: Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software to ensure seamless communication.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Initiate the dispatch of repair personnel to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Maintenance, on-site customer service, testing, repair, and service environments are typical.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with telephone systems and related technologies is essential.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
