About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Campbell River Lodge. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arrival, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and common spaces.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our team, providing mentorship and training as needed.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer support and resources to Indigenous employees, including mentorship, coaching, and cultural competency training.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
