About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff, report any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
