Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Compliance

This is a critical position at Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISSofBC) that will play a pivotal role in accelerating the development and implementation of quality improvement processes, knowledge, and activities within the organization's broad service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Support and oversee key quality processes, systems, and initiatives within the organization to promote high standards of services and client well-being.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with external regulations and standards, as well as identify internal opportunities for quality improvement and/or corrective actions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work with leadership at all levels, including Program Directors and executive leaders, to drive forward practices to improve client outcomes.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise the Services Analyst role and provide training and coaching on quality improvement principles and methodologies.
- Project Management: Manage budgets and project plans with stringent deliverables, and utilize initiative, vision, independent thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities to implement project plans and realize project completion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a social/health service, business administration, or relevant care discipline.
- Experience: Seven (7) to ten (10) years recent, related experience in quality assurance, risk management, auditing, project management, or other relevant roles facilitating and managing quality processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Certification: Certification in quality management desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to translate raw data and information into trends, evidence, and understanding, and effective facilitation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
