Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our dining services.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
