Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Big Mama's Donair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work well under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and must be physically demanding.
