Banquet Server Assistant

Auberge du Pommier is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of event spaces.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses from tables and return them to the dish area.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Smart Serve certification is a requirement.
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
