About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Operations Leader to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision and Guidance: Provide close leadership and mentorship to your team members, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to ensure the well-being and growth of your team.
  • Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment by encouraging dialogue, conflict resolution, continuous development, and employee well-being.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication between the maintenance team, other departments, and management to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Safety Practices: Reinforce safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all employees.
  • Technical Support and Expertise: Offer guidance and support to your team members in maintenance work, leveraging your technical expertise to drive success.
  • Compliance and Optimization: Ensure adherence to collective agreements, regulations, and internal procedures while participating in the optimization of maintenance processes and methods.
What You'll Need

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.
