Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day. You will continuously develop and empower your Team Members to achieve business results.

  1. Leading Front End teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  2. Managing Production teams to optimize store operations
