Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems. Your expertise will ensure that our vehicles are in top condition, providing a safe and reliable driving experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Estimate parts and labor cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player skills
Work Environment:

Our garage is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of tools and equipment. You will be required to lift heavy objects and work in a dusty and dirty environment.
