Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair problems with mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Inspect and Test Units: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to locate faults and malfunctions in mechanical units.
  • Estimate Costs and Provide Quotes: Accurately estimate parts and labor costs for repairs and provide quotes to customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dusty, dirty, and noisy environment, with regular exposure to mechanical systems and equipment.
Working Conditions
