About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Director to join our team at GLEN CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth and development
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
