  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Prepare and Submit Construction Project Budget Estimates

Collaborate with our finance team to prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive budget estimates for construction projects.

Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers

Lead the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that our team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Plan and Prepare Construction Schedules and Milestones and Monitor Progress

Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.

Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures for Quality Control

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.

Plan and Manage Budgets

Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that expenses are aligned with project goals and objectives.

Develop Risk Management Plans

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, developing and implementing risk management plans to minimize exposure.

Work Term: Permanent

Fluency in English is required, as this is the primary language used in our business.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
