Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
