Physiotherapist - Bilingual Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Ontario Partners In Health. As a Bilingual Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to our clients in long-term care, retirement, and assisted living settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and manage assessments and treatments to restore movement and function, orthopaedic conditions, and pain management.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to outpatient residents in long-term care, retirement home, and assisted living settings.
  • Develop personalized treatment programs that include exercise, manual therapy, and home exercise programs.
  • Prescribe and educate clients on the utilization of mobility aids, assistive devices, and other equipment.
  • Oversee Physiotherapy Support Personnel (PTA).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario.
  • Experience with supervision of support staff.
  • Experience in working with the geriatric population and chronic diseases.
  • CPR certification.
  • ADP certified, or willingness to become certified.
  • Strong physical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to best practices, quality, and client-centered care.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
