We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining high-quality operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the reservations team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members, promoting productivity and quality.
  • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
