Job Title: Merchandising Sales Associate

At RONA+, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are visually appealing and stocked with the right products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product display maintenance and stock availability
  • Communicates with Merchandising Service team regarding project priorities, scheduling, and project needs
  • Reviews and completes all assigned WIRE merchandise reset and service tasks
  • Ensures reset merchandise is stocked, fronted, fully packed down, and priced in assigned area according to planogram
  • Provides project information, updates, and feedback on project execution to Merchandising Service Manager
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Six (6) months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up displays
  • Experience operating power equipment, such as lifts and order pickers
  • Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job, such as hand tools and drills
Working Conditions:

Full-time position with a standard schedule from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Ability to work standing, bending, sitting, and/or walking continuously and completing a full day's work, including scheduled breaks.

Wage: $21.60. Pay can vary based on experience.
