We are a dynamic organization seeking an Administrative Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proficient in communication, and demonstrate exceptional time management abilities.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of correspondence, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for employees and guests.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including $35,000 - $42,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
