Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of correspondence, meeting minutes, and other documents.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for employees and guests.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Benefits

This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including $35,000 - $42,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
