We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at VAL/Mar Construction Inc. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in identifying and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth and success.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. This will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, preparing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. You will also require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
