Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
